Ballet Video for Dancers

Do you have a little aspiring ballerina in the house. I do and she was elated with a DVD I bought for her called Creating Ballet Dreams with Rochelle.
Follow Rochelle’s creative teaching as she shows children that whatever they can dream they can dance. Children love to dance along with Rochelle as they find buried treasure as mermaids have a tea party with dolls go ballroom dancing with a partner and act like silly tango dancers. The fun continues as Rochelle teaches children how to dance like animals dress in their favorite costumes clean the house while dancing and dance a story about an aspiring ballerina.
I love the fact that this DVD shows that ballet is not all about black leotards and pink tights and doing drills a ballet bar. Ballet can be interpreted in so many fun ways. My 4 year old adores this video. My only criticism is that Rochelle wears WAY too much makeup for a little girl and it was kind of distracting. Other than that this is a great video for ballet enthusiasts and if you hope to spur your kids to dance a little.
